Self-pay Welcome
- If your insurance includes out-of-network benefits, please check with your insurance provider in advance. We’re happy to provide a detailed receipt (superbill) after your visit, which you can submit for possible reimbursement.
- For those paying out of pocket, we offer transparent self-pay rates. Please contact us directly for current pricing information.

- We accept payment at the time of your appointment via credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA card, and Zelle.
