Yes, we provide secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth through CharmHealth. Telehealth is a convenient option, especially during times of illness or for those with busy schedules.
Prescription refills can be requested through your CharmHealth patient portal. Please submit your request at least 3 business days before you run out of medication to avoid interruptions. We do not process refill requests after hours, on weekends, or during clinic closures, so please make the requests before Fridays. You may need a follow-up appointment before a refill can be approved, especially if your last visit was over 3 months ago or if there are dosage changes involved.
Our clinic does not provide after-hours or emergency services, and providers are not available outside of scheduled business hours.
If you are experiencing a psychiatric or medical emergency—including suicidal thoughts, severe medication reactions, or any urgent concern—please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
You can also call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988, which is available 24/7.
